From Personal Service to Professional Excellence

TAZA Property Management was founded on a foundation of trust and firsthand experience. Our founder began this journey by managing properties for family members and close friends living abroad.

Through this experience, we observed a significant and urgent need: diaspora owners were struggling to find someone they could trust as much as a family member, but who could also provide the professional standards of a business. We saw how difficult it was for owners to balance personal relationships with the high-stakes demands of property oversight.
TAZA was created to fill that gap. We took the care, honesty, and dedication used to manage for our own inner circle and turned it into a professional system for all. We treat every property with the same level of responsibility as those first family homes that started it all.

In Addis Ababa’s rapidly evolving landscape, property owners often face the challenge of ‘silent depreciation’—where lack of technical oversight leads to system failures and diminished asset value. My background as a Professional Engineer is the foundation of Taza Property Management. I founded this company because I believe that effective management requires technical precision. At Taza, we don’t just manage properties; we engineer their longevity and optimize their performance.”

A portion of every management fee we collect is dedicated directly to supporting a school established by our founder to provide quality education to children in underprivileged areas of Ethiopia.
